Transformación digital y desafíos éticos: uso de la inteligencia artificial en los contextos académicos y de consumo
Abstract
Digital transformation has marked an irruption in educational enviroments as well as consumer markets through new emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, raising fundamental questions about the role of integrity and ethics in its use. From an academic perspective, artificial intelligence highlights new opportunities for learning, disruption of the educational system and innovation in its application and teaching, however, it raises concerns regarding the originality in its application. Simultaneously, in consumer markets, the optimization of processes, personalization of information and data management driven by the use of artificial intelligence propose ethical tensions linked to transparency and data management.
This research article analyzes the points of converge between how academic integrity and consumer practices are being redefined by digital transformation and the use of new technologies. As a result, significant opportunities were identified in the ethical use of artificial intelligence and consumer markets, emphasizing the establishment of responsible regulations and practices that guarantee a balanced use of disruptive technologies to contribute to innovation and responsability.
